ERPNext pricing · Scoped quote

Three scopes.One accountable basis.

Discovery establishes the requirements, risks, timeline, and commercial basis. Implementation and AMS are quoted from that approved scope—without pretending a complex ERP programme is an off-the-shelf package.

Engagement scopes

Choose the scope that matches the decision in front of you.

The exact investment is confirmed only after the relevant dependencies are visible. Discovery is the decision phase, not a hidden implementation commitment.

Fixed-scope kickoff

Discovery

A bounded engagement that converts operating requirements into a Business Requirements Document, fit-gap, risk register, timeline, and fixed-scope implementation proposal.

  • Requirements and fit-gap
  • Integration and migration scoping
  • Implementation proposal
Scoped per project

Implementation

Controlled ERPNext delivery priced from the approved Discovery scope, using standard ERPNext first and focused extensions only where the operating model requires them.

  • Configuration and validated migration
  • Integrations, UAT, training, and documentation
  • Go-live support and 90-day hypercare
Recurring service

AMS

Application Managed Services are scoped around the production estate, service hours, incident priorities, release cadence, and the commercially agreed SLA.

  • Incident response and maintenance
  • Upgrades and regulatory updates
  • Continuous optimisation backlog

Inclusions and exclusions

Make the commercial boundary visible before delivery starts.

A useful quote says what it covers, what it does not, and which client responsibilities affect delivery.

Included when scoped

Delivery inclusions

The proposal identifies the work LavaLoon is accountable for and the acceptance gates attached to it.

  • Approved modules and companies
  • Agreed migration datasets and integrations
  • UAT, training, launch, and hypercare
Excluded unless stated

Commercial exclusions

Items outside the signed scope are estimated and approved before work begins; they do not silently become delivery obligations.

  • Third-party licences and vendor charges
  • Unlisted integrations or historical data
  • Client-side process ownership and data cleansing
90% / 10% principle

Customisation boundary

The commercial baseline prioritises standard ERPNext. Custom work is reserved for the final operating gaps and transferred as client-owned project IP where agreed.

  • Standard configuration first
  • Focused Frappe extensions
  • Documented IP transfer boundary

Commercial conditions

The quote defines the complete operating commitment.

These conditions prevent infrastructure, support, tax, and timing assumptions from being buried in the sales conversation.

Deployment and hosting

Frappe Cloud, private cloud, or client-managed infrastructure is selected during Discovery. Hosting and infrastructure are priced separately unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

  • Environment and region
  • Security and backup requirements
  • Operations ownership

Onboarding and support

Training, documentation, UAT support, launch assistance, and 90-day hypercare are included only to the extent stated in the implementation proposal.

  • Named user groups
  • Training format and language
  • Post-launch handover

Billing and tax

Quotes identify the billing currency, payment milestones, validity period, and whether applicable taxes or third-party charges are included or added separately.

  • Currency and milestones
  • Tax treatment
  • Third-party costs

Effective and review status

This page explains the pricing model and is not a binding quotation. Scope, fees, service levels, and dates are governed by the approved commercial proposal.

  • Review on material service change
  • Proposal controls the engagement
  • Claims remain scope-dependent

Certified · Proven · Local

Commercial clarity backed by delivery discipline.

The delivery model combines audited Frappe methodology, regional teams, and experience across more than 8,700 Frappe Cloud installations.

Production proof · Tanaqol

Scope follows the operation—not a generic package label.

A connected ERPNext, LavaHub, LavaDo, and IoT operation demonstrates why implementation pricing must account for real integrations, transaction volume, and operational ownership.
