Course Description

This course is designed to onboard new ERPNext consultants and prepare them to understand LavaLoon’s business, consulting responsibilities, ERPNext implementation approach, customer communication expectations, and key products.

The program covers company orientation, consultant role and responsibilities, HR policy, ERPNext consulting basics, implementation methodology, customer handling, documentation standards, and product knowledge.

By completing this course, the ERPNext consultant should understand how to work with customers, analyze business requirements, document processes, configure ERPNext, coordinate with internal teams, and support successful implementation delivery.
