Lesson Objective

The objective of this lesson is to introduce the ERPNext consultant to the company’s HR expectations, professional behavior standards, and code of conduct.

  • Follow the company attendance and leave process.
  • Respect customer meeting times and internal commitments.

  • Confirm approval before taking leave.
  • Handover urgent tasks before leave.
  • Notify the team about any customer-related pending items.

  • Respect customers, colleagues, and managers.
  • Communicate clearly and politely.
  • Avoid personal arguments or unprofessional language.
  • Be honest about progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ask for support when something is unclear.

The consultant may access sensitive customer and company information. This information must be protected and should not be shared without authorization.

  • Do not share customer data outside approved channels.
  • Do not download or transfer confidential data without approval.
  • Use company-approved tools for communication and file sharing.
  • Protect login credentials and access permissions.

5. Code of Conduct

The consultant should follow company rules and maintain a high standard of professional conduct.

  • Respect customer agreements and project scope.
  • Do not make commitments without proper approval.
  • Report conflicts, risks, or ethical concerns when needed.
