1. Daily Work Review

tickets, pending customer points, and project priorities.

2. Customer Follow-up

3. System Configuration
The consultant may configure ERPNext according to the agreed scope and approved business process.
- Configure master settings.

- Review forms, fields, and standard settings.
- Test the configured process before customer review.
4. Documentation
The consultant should document important project information clearly and on time.
- Meeting recap emails.

5. Timesheet and Task Updates
The consultant should update tasks and timesheets regularly to reflect actual work progress.
- Log consumed hours accurately.

- Avoid delaying timesheet updates until the end of the week.
6. End-of-Day Review
At the end of the day, the consultant should review completed work, remaining items,
and priorities for the next day.
